I have opened my own palace server for PalaceChat. It came to be in the mid-90s and I remember goofing off then actually chatting here after a while. I only have a 7-room palace with 3 youtube rooms added but honestly that's all you need. It is usually vacant though as even I'm not in it, but I did manage to get some advertising on the main ChatPalace so hopefully a couple to a few will arrive at the same time someday.
Honestly, I just had fun making it. I will probably take it down in a year when it runs out if it never becomes active.
