Happy Fireworks Day! See You In The Fall!

    Time for all the neighbors to keep me up when I gotta work at 6am! Ah well, I'm trying not to be a grinch about it. I haven't done much today in the realm of even planning future portions of this website or music, just playing Q-Zandronum as mentioned in the previous entry. I have also driven around a little bit simply just to listen to my own more recent recordings more specifically the vocal tests. I'm not sure I will go through with this but I'm still going to give it a try. 

    I don't like how my voice sounds but no one does with their own. Others have complimented it but I can never tell if they are being nice or not. It isn't 100% meant to be professional and famous, so I guess it doesn't really matter. I just wanted something "real" to include with Organized Chaos, which is otherwise all going to be instrumentals I have pieced together with guitar and keyboard, synth programming, and chopped up or programmed drum loops. I'm thinking of a disc 3. disc 3 will be an audio cd and not an mp3 cd. It will have words to every song almost, and be a serious attempt at being an album.

    As for the website, I'm still going to work on more MS-DOS Virtual Zip disks for nostalgia, finish my albums "The Structure" and "Refabrications," Include more information about Project Warlock II, do some more goofy music in normal speed and chipmunk speed voice for the "What The Fun" section, and then finish off some cover songs to practice vocals. I'll just call that one Reincarnations and it will be an internet-only free release from this website.

    Enjoy the holidays guys! I'm actually off today as my last offday this stretch so I'm going to go find something to do that isn't on a computer screen. This is, however, also me signing off. I do plan on enjoying the summer and even though our A/C is excellent I'd like to spend some time hiking and being outside. So until the fall...!!!

Q-Zandronum

Fired up doom seeker. Found a server with "Quake Champions For Doom" amongst other mods last night for Q-Zandronum. Oh and also I might mention, I discovered Q-Zandronum itself. The server I played is not currently running, but it was the best time I've had in a long time deathmatching and I hope to find more like it in the future...

Here is a good one for ZDaemon I just played. I'm not sure when it will come down or if it will stay up very long. [doom.dogsoft.net] is the host, and it usually has some good ones like GreenWar I couldn't get enough of for a while.

New Happenings Here

Welcome back to my blogger website. You may notice if you haven't already a section called "Other Stuff" on the right. I decided to have a miscellaneous section and started to populate it with things I haven't had on here yet since the blog was last used last year.

Firstly, I made a floppy disk-sized album of 15 tracks called "Space Donkeys From Hell." It fits in 1.44MB and has very lofi rendering to achieve 15 minutes of such. I saw an article on a place called theverge.com which I guess now takes a subscription but there are alternate locations online for the same subject. There's this company that runs off of bandcamp and hasn't been updated in a while called Floppy Kick. I submitted this album to see if they'd be interested in me selling floppies but haven't heard back in two years, so here it is, free.

I finally put my 1996 band practice tape up here just because its a piece of uncopyrighted history I felt like I'd share. It was recorded on a cheap answering machine and is the only existing demo we ever had. I had left the metal scene early and started doing my own thing since the year 2000.

I had often flirted with the idea of doing cover songs as a means of practicing vocals, or just to have fun with it. There is also now a ever-slowly-building section today that I added that I will try to add to as much as possible of poetry/lyrics/and song demos. It will have ideas of mine in the realm of recordings, as well as just words I pieced together to say something or feel something. The rest of the page is more or less done or at least has something there. If you run into any problems there are many ways of contacting me, like the comments section of that page, my email, guestbook, chatbox, or even on IRC or some palace chat server I'm sometimes in called Space Palace. Just leave a message anywhere!

Almost Done.

For now, "The Noise Vaults" of course is entirely done as well as "The Absynthium Collective." All that is left: "Machines and Melodies."

Within "Machines and Melodies" I am done with the first four of six albums. All that's left is the rest of "The Structure" and "Refabrications." It may very well be that the 12 tracks that exist for "Refabrications" are enough to complete it. However, I still am only on 8 tracks on "The Structure."

On this website, all tracks that have been completed as of June 25, 2026 have been shared on their pages for all to freely hear since I am finishing the music later and that will not be today or tomorrow, etc. It'll be a while before I pick my guitar back up once I have a creative streak again.

After all is said and done, I will be releasing Organized Chaos. It will be my official release of all this music. If you would like more information, see the link "Organized Chaos MP3CD/USB" above!

The Space Palace

I have opened my own palace server for PalaceChat. It came to be in the mid-90s and I remember goofing off then actually chatting here after a while. I only have a 7-room palace with 3 youtube rooms added but honestly that's all you need. It is usually vacant though as even I'm not in it, but I did manage to get some advertising on the main ChatPalace so hopefully a couple to a few will arrive at the same time someday.

Honestly I just had fun making it, but I will probably take it down in a year when it runs out if it never becomes active.

For those who still visited from before this and prefer it to my actual neocities site, it is being resurrected. I am linking it from neocities and having a few other options on the Neocities landing site such as a mobile alternative. I've fixed some of the links to reflect more up-to-date organization, such as music albums being resorted to how they are now...

 These last two posts do not show that I will be coming back to this blog any time immediately, I'm just updating it in case people still come here instead. In the future I will keep buying year after year in advance when I can of www.lehr.me server hosting and point it away from neocities to here when I'm older, in case of, you know, death or anything. I'm 45 and I smoked most of my life. Anything could happen. Anyways I hope to have my music on an on demand service as well as a bulk order of physical copies also for this reasoning. 

Organized Chaos. Music almost complete.

Since 2000/2001 I've thrown together and come up with a lot of music, either for soundtracks or just for myself or friends. Now the time is drawing near to release something I've wanted to do for a while now. I'm debating on a USB or a multi-disc mp3-cd set. I'm steering towards the second though I know the first is the safest way for it to be heard. Some people might get confused about the mp3-roms as well. So....

As an on-demand option that never runs out, I'm probably going to do the USBs through Trepstar.com

As a dual disc 128kbps unnoticeably lower quality set, I'm using discmakers.com or bisondisc.com maybe, to pull off a quick and easy 4 panel eco-wallet. I'll order 120-130 and post 100 for sale on bandcamp.com. I will then pass some out as needed to friends and coworkers who may be interested or are broke.

This giant collection will include simplistic software I wrote in Visual Basic to commemorate how I started this long ago, on a cd-r in 2004 with a visual basic menu system I wrote and programmed for it. I now have real art I paid for that was done exclusively for this release which I've been happily shown one quarter of as a preview, and I am very happy with what I see.
