Demo Files played/recorded by Maya (Formerly Dewzan) of Doom Wad World. The gameplay video was 4 hours and 20 minutes!!!I was so used to old 1994-95 wads from cd-roms that I failed to realize when I started in 1995 shit would get way better, while I remained making torture levels. Oops! Behold Nightmares of Loki in all its 1999 Infamy!! It had really bad graphics, including my dad screaming into the microphone when I was 14, reverbed, echoed, and heavily distorted and finally reversed. The textures were just recolored in Paint Shop 5. The enemies were also recolors that were bad. The sound effects were mostly mouth noises, for example the doors. Imps walking, etc. The music was revered as the only good part, and they were really just MIDIs stolen across the internet, including E2M1 being a Nine Inch Nails remix of Terrible Lie. Two of them were original, and I was just starting to figure out MIDI, so I don't recommend them. When you kill the cyberdemon or spiderdemon (I forget) some heavy guitar music I played kicks in. That's really the only coolness to this bad bad idea. It took four years off and on but in fairness I had school, homework, and band practice.

This was at the end of the nineties, so it’s the last of the horrific 90s wads ;) To top it off I didn't release it until 2003, so standards were even higher when the time came to be up for review, which I didn't know was a panel I would be in front of... Oops again!
